Darrel & Cindy deVille are founders and Senior Pastors of Victory Today Church in Frisco, Texas. They have worked closely together in ministry since 2007 when they launched Shekinah Today Ministries as a prophetic voice to the Church. In 2010 they also launched the Pray America, Pray! campaign as a national call to repentance and prayer.
Under the direction of the Holy Spirit in 2017 they began shifting their focus to the launch of a Church in Frisco, Texas. Now, in the fall of 2019 they are launching under the name Victory Today Church, with the core message of their soon coming book “The Rise of Glorious Church!” The book carries life and Church changing message to help raise up the Glorious Church which has been part of their core mission and passion from the very beginning: To exalt Christ, and help raise up the Glorious Church to reveal His Glory and transform lives, cities, and nations. Darrel and Cindy are also co-authors of their book released in 2015 God’s Answer for America: How to Save and Change a Nation.
Darrel and Cindy have been married for over 33 years and reside in the North Dallas area. They have 3 grown children, 3 grandsons and 1 precious granddaughter.
WORSHIP LEADERS/ASSISTANT PASTORS
Joshua and Rachel deVille serve as Worship leaders and Assistant Pastors for Victory Today Church. Joshua and Rachel met in January of 2009 while attending Heartland School of Ministry’s Worship Track. Within a few months they knew God had called them together and to be part of the global vision and mission of Shekinah Today Ministries & Victory Today Church.
Joshua and Rachel have a desire to see lives transformed through the power of God’s presence in pure and passionate worship, through prophetic song and prayer, and through the life-changing word of God. Joshua also has a passion to teach and loves to dig deep into God’s Word.
Josh and Rachel are also song writers and have released their first EP titled Breaking Heaven Open. In addition to this they have a small business called High Note Music where Joshua uses his gift to teach piano and guitar. They reside in the North Dallas area and are blessed parents of 3 growing boys and 1 precious little girl named Heaven.
