GOD HAS A PLAN
God has a plan, a purpose, and a destiny for you and His Church! It’s not to go down in defeat, but to be conformed into the image of Christ, to rise up in His Victory, and to be all He has called and created you to be, for His Kingdom and His Glory! We believe God has called us to pray and to help equip you and your family to be the Church that He is returning for! Our vision and mission all communicate this passion for Christ and His Church!

THE BIRTH OF A VISION:
It all began in 1985 when God divinely brought Darrel and Cindy together and birthed a passion and vision in their hearts that was much bigger than themselves. Through the decades this vision continued to burn in their hearts as God worked in their lives, equipping and preparing them, as they served faithfully in other ministries and also built their own media company, deVille Studios.

God made it clear to them from the beginning that the foundations of this ministry would be laid only through much prayer and fasting for the Church and the nations.  In 2007 and with the America, America! Prophecy, a Prophetic arm of the ministry was born under the name Shekinah Today. This also was very instrumental in the launch of the Pray, America! Pray! Campaign birthed in 2010, and the nights of Worship and Prayer. Then in 2017 they launched the Church in Frisco, Texas and shortly after changed the name to Victory Today Church.

Although they knew God had called them to start a local Church, they knew it had to be much more than just a community Church but one that would impact the city, the nation and the world. Then on Jan 21, 2020 after a time of fasting for clarity for the New Year, God gave them understanding and next steps to take to bring it all together to build a Global Platform to the nations with plans to re-launch the local Church once Property is secured.
